I finally finished it! I really did find it interesting despite the fact that it took me a couple months to finish a 128 page book. I just had to rid myself of other options to read, because it's very difficult for me to pay attention to non-fiction, especially if it's written in the 1500's. I can see why the term Machiavellian has such a negative calculating connotation to it, but there are definitely things that are true in there. It's just really interesting to see a breakdown of power, how to get it and how to effectively keep it.
